About Me

Originally from Miami, FL, I relocated to Jacksonville, FL in 2015. My academic journey led me to the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where I earned my Doctorate of Physical (DPT) Therapy in 2019. Over the years, I've gained diverse experience in Acute care, Inpatient Rehab Hospital, and Short Term Rehab, cultivating a special affinity for working with the neurologic population.

In my quest for continuous improvement, I completed my MBA in Healthcare Management in November 2022. My days are often filled to the brim as I strive to maximize every minute, cherishing the 1440 minutes each day offers. I thrive on being a perpetual learner, constantly acquiring new tools and habits to enhance my family's quality of life.

My passion for knowledge extends beyond my professional endeavors; I've recently delved into the Financial Independence (FIRE) movement and initiated a successful RV/Travel trailer rental business under One Adventure LLC. After finishing my Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance as I always had a passion for finance. In 2024 I completed all of my requirements to become a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC). These ventures align with my desire to optimize our lifestyle, generate passive income, and savor more meaningful moments with my loved ones.

When leisure time allows, I indulge in a variety of activities such as traveling, CrossFit, surfing, mountain biking, hiking, woodworking, and running, ranging from 5k races to full marathons. I relish challenging myself and pushing beyond my comfort zone as it fuels my personal growth journey.

My family is my top priority. I strive to be a positive role model and example for my children as they grow, aiming to provide them with even more experiences and opportunities than I had. This goal permeates everything I do; it's the guiding principle that shapes my decisions. Balancing work today for a better tomorrow is crucial, yet equally important is finding joy in the present moment. Life is about cherishing the now while building for the future, and I'm committed to navigating that delicate balance
